These Terms & Conditions supplement and do not replace the standard Apple EULA:

In the event of a conflict, Apple’s EULA terms shall prevail.

By downloading, installing, or using the SurfSpot app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the standard Apple EULA.

The app provides water temperature, wind and wave information for seas and oceans. This information is intended for reference only and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions or safety planning.

• We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.
• We do not share any user data with third parties
• The app does not track your location or use location-based services.

• SurfSpot operates on a subscription-based model with Weekly, Monthly, and Annual plans.
• Monthly and Annual subscriptions include a 3-day free trial period. The Weekly option does not include a trial.
• After the trial period (if applicable), your selected subscription will automatically begin.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies.
• Premium access is tied to your App Store account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version in the app. Continued use of the app following such modifications constitutes your acceptance.

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
